"The pub restaurant has fantastic food and nice staff although the room was cold already when we arrived and an extra electric radiator was is place. We woke up at the middle of the night and all central radiators were off, we musste take the kids into our bed to warm up! The radiator was on only at 6:30 am. Not recomendável during winter time "

"The hotel didn't seem to be sure of our booking when we arrived. After that, the check in was swift. The room was grubby as was the bathroom. The duvet cover and the pillowcases were marked and clearly very old indeed. It was quiet and the location is great for visitors to Brigg. The price of the room was low and I suppose this was a case of ''getting what you paid for''"

"I wasn't expecting luxury for the price paid, although i was expecting a better condition than a bus shelter, on entering the room, its smelt musty and old, the room as cold and damp with the only means on heating via a cheap electric heater. The bathroom was dirty, the whole room needs updating and damp proofing, i was moved to another room, just as bad but without the mould. I debated on sleeping in my car or under a tree for some kind of comfort. Wouldn't recommend."
