"Self-check was smooth. Lovely decor in Hotel. Bright welcoming room, spacious & comfortable. I highly recommend this Hotel. No car? Easy frequent public transit to downtown Ottawa, and return. Good restaurants nearby and a lovely walk to beach/Marina short distance away. Will stay at The British Hotel again. "
