"This is the perfect place to stay when visiting SUNY Geneseo. Lovely room, charming overall vibe. Sit down breakfast from 8-10a, really well done. And the kicker: a superb brew pub right next door, mellow not rowdy. Really glad we stayed here and will be back!"

"Gail, the innkeeper, made us feel very welcome. She was very nice and very informative. The breakfast was great. The room was big and quiet. We like the stand alone shower. Great stay. Great location. We enjoyed Geneseo and Gail helped us with that."

"Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again."
