Max occupancy is 6 guests. Please list the correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $75 fee per guest per night.
No animals allowed due to allergies. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction and a $500 charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. $500 charge for any smoking in or near home if the house smells like smoke of any kind.
No parties allowed.
Visitors are not allowed on the premises unless approved in advance by the host.
Please keep noise levels down, especially during nighttime hours, to avoid disturbing neighboring properties.
If you use any beach items or toys provided, please ensure they are returned to their designated spot after use.
Please leave things as you found them and avoid rearranging furniture or belongings.
No Eating or Drinking in Bedrooms: To maintain cleanliness, please refrain from consuming food or drinks in the bedrooms.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Keep all doors closed to prevent bugs from coming in and to conserve energy.
If you use the grill, please make sure the gas is turned off when not in use. After it’s cool, please wipe down the grates, and put the cover back on.
Outdoor fireplace is not operational. You're welcome to use the fire pit in the middle of the backyard. Only wood is permitted as fuel for the fire pit. Please ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving the area unattended.
