The swimming pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. We work hard to get this done as quickly as possible so our guests can enjoy the pool.

We kindly ask that you treat our property with care and let us know of any concerns. Should any issue arise, we will respond promptly.

A credit card is required as security deposit for all bookings at our property. After booking, you will receive a link to complete the deposit. A $150 hold will be placed 24 hours before your arrival and fully refunded upon departure provided house rules are followed and no damages occur.

Perfect location for an OU visit
This apartment was clean, well equipped, and four minutes from our son’s dorm at OU. It was a perfect base for a weekend visit and more comfortable than a hotel room for catching up with him. The welcome basket of snacks was a nice touch and perfect after a long travel day from out of state.

Check-in was super easy with the code lock on the door, and the furnishings and apartment were cute and clean. The gym was a little disappointing, but that is not the fault of the owner. We would definitely stay again.

This was a great spot for OU Parents weekend. The apartment was well maintained and the hosts really rolled out the red carpet. Everything you could possibly need was there for you and they were very responsive to any inquiries.

Great place for the price! Shane and Maggie were wonderful to work with.
Property is priced well for what you get. It fit our needs and was comfortable. The only negative I had is that there are mattress toppers on both beds which make them very soft (not much support) and the sheets don't stay on. Very minor thing. Overall the property itself was excellent. Had some down time so enjoying the pool was nice.
