Super Lage, Sauberkeit stark ausbaufähig
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Fast direkt am Deich. Auch ein Bäcker ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt. In der Wohnung ist alles notwendige vorhanden mehr aber auch nicht. Oberflächlich war sie auch gereinigt. In den Ecken usw. wurde länger nicht geputzt.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten und einem unfreundlichen Empfang einer Mitarbeiterin wurde uns bzgl. beanstandeter Sauberkeit sofort ein nettes Putzteam geschickt um alles zu bereinigen. Auch nötige Reparaturarbeiten an den Rauchmeldern wurden sofort beseitigt. Allerdings wurde laut Online Information nicht erwähnt, dass sich in der FeWo kein Backofen und auch im Kühlschrank kein Gefrierfach befindet. Für uns sind solche Dinge sowie fehlende Küchenutensilien ein Muss.

Wir können leider nichts über dieses Objekt sagen , würden es aber gerne für nächstes Jahr wider buchen . Norddeich ist für mich der beste Urlaubsort den es gibt.

Herbstlicher Kurzurlaub
Wir (m,53 w,50) waren für 4 Nächte Gast in dieser Wohnung. Was uns gut gefallen hat ist die neue moderne Einrichtung, und deren Lage. Von Norddeich aus haben wir die naheliegenden Inseln besucht. Was wirklich gut durchdacht ist, war das Welcomepaket von Interhome welches hygienische Grundartikel wie Klopapier, Spülmittel und Lappen etc. beinhaltete. Der einzige aber zu behebende Makel an der Wohnung ist die viel zu dunkle Beleuchtung, Lesen war gegen Abend fast nicht mehr möglich. Ansonsten können wir diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Deich
Sehr schöne komplett Renovierte Wohnung. Es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Lediglich ein Föhn und eine Schere haben wir vermisst. Leider konnten wir in den 7 Tagen das WLAN nicht nutzen da es schlichtweg nicht Funktioniert hat. Da war zwar der Kontakt über die Agentur Top aber eine Lösung gab es nicht. Mit Kindern zu Empfehlen da das Kinderzimmer der letzte Raum ist, durchgangszimmer ist das Hauptschlafzimmer, so waren zwischen Kinderzimmer und Wohnzimmer 3 Türen die man Abends schließen kann und man kann so auch mal etwas lauter im Wohnzimmer sein.

Für diesen Preis der Endreinigung ist es definitiv zu schmutzig. RTL und SAT1 funktionieren nicht. WLAN Code funktioniert nicht. Waren einmal an der Rezeption und man wollte sich darum kümmern.

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Mein Mann, meine kleine Tochter und ich haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und war für eine Woche unser "Zuhause". Mit drei Kindern könnte es ggf im Kinderzimmer etwas eng werden. Dass das Elternschlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, hat uns nicht gestört. In der Küche habe ich eine Schere und ein paar Müslischüsseln vermisst. Dafür dass die Handtuchablage und der Spiegelschrank im Bad innen nicht geputzt war, ziehe ich einen Punkt ab. Das WLAN hat ohne Einschränkungen funktioniert. Im 5 min ist man schon am Strand. Sollten wir mal wieder Urlaub in Norddeich machen, würde ich wieder diese schöne Wohnung wählen : )

Sehr saubere, schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Terasse, mit sehr gepflegtem Garten.
