"Great hotel, easy location"

"I came as a solo female traveler for Twitchcon and it was perfectly positioned near to the tube/underground/subway. I had a technical issue with my phone and the staff bent over backwards to help me fix it"

"I generally loved this hotel - very well located and close to varied dining options and attractions (Cube houses and Markhal). The room was comfortable and well decorated. It also had a lovely sized fridge that I could stock up on drinks and food. Overall this hotel was a win! My only issue was the quality of the toilet paper, not the most luxurious or comfortable. I know its a small thing, but its always the little things when you travel. "
