"Hotel staff went out of their way to make sure our room included a roll-in shower so that my son could finally get a shower before his major knee surgery tomorrow. The suite is amazing with everything you could ever need. You need a room key to get up to the guestrooms so you know you are safe. And everything is soooo conveniently close.
