"가격에 비해 객실이 나쁘지는 않았으나, 전반적으로 프론트 직원이 친절하지 않았습니다. 특히 직원들이 영어를 거의 할줄 몰라 의사 소통에 문제가 있었습니다. 체크인 , 아웃 정도는 할 수 있겠으나 다른 문제가 생기면 의사 소통이 거의 불가능합니다."

"沒有住過比這間更差的酒店，我請願付貴一點去住其他。。跟女朋友訂了2晚大床，但給了我兩張小床的房間，那張小床真的小得可憐，一直打電話去要求換床，他們只是回應房間已滿，不好意思。位置又不好，附近沒東西吃的。房間又不夠清潔。升降機中煙味超重，沒人阻止住客到處抽煙。最後結果跟女朋友吵了一天。TMD hotel!"
