TRES TRES BIEN

excellent séjour grâce à Annie. La location correspond tout à fait à mon attente: très bien située, centre ville, mais au calme, bien entretenue, sécurisée, et cerise sur le gâteau : un jardin. Rien ne manquait à mon confort. Je tiens à souligner l'accueil et la gentillesse d'Annie, qui fut aux petits soins pour moi (humm, les cerises de son jardin...) Mes chouchous à Nice : le musée des arts asiatiques et la cathédrale orthodoxe. Une découverte cette année : le glacier Arlequin, Bvd Malaussena. Mon souhait le plus cher : revenir l'an prochain et prolonger mon séjour d'une semaine. Encore merci.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement ,en particulier la cour ombragée pour nous relaxer de la vie parisienne. Et aussi qu'il soit très bien équipé. Comme nous n'avons pas de voiture il était important pour nous qu'il soit bien situé et c'était vraiment le cas . Accueil sympathique avec des fruits et une confiture " maison ". Bonne literie aussi ,avec juste un petit souci pour moi ,je ne supporte que les draps en 100% coton je suis hélas allergique . Je recommanderai sans hésitation cette location à un ami. Promenades dans Nice, Eze village , Antibes , Vintimille avec le TER très pratique à 5 mn de la location. Restaurants: Brasserie de L'UNION (réserver avec la Fourchette .com moins 20%) cuisine méditerranéenne super! Au petit Gari très bons poissons . Surtout ne pas aller au restaurant Le 3ème ( palais de la méditerranée). A Eze village Le Troubadour le menu à 39 euros excellent.

UN HAVRE DE PAIX AU COEUR DE NICE

une jolie location tres fonctionnelle, avec une terrasse agréable, en plein coeur de Nice. Le quartier est magnifique et les commercants proches, la gare à 5 minutes a pieds et les boutiques "mesdames" à portées de mains. la propreté de cet appartement est impeccable. pour des vacances sans souci, calme et repos.

Appartement tres agréable

Appartement idéalement placé. Tout se fait à pied (300m de la gare, 200m du Tram et de Nice Etoile, boulangerie à même pas 50m, magasins alimentaires entre 150 et 300m,...). Appartement tres fonctionnel et tres bien équipé. Tout y est. Il manque juste un petit barbecue pour profiter pleinement de la belle terrasse (mais c'est peut etre interdit par la copropriété ?!) Quartier très calme et très agréable si on a des enfants en bas age. La proprietaire est sympathique et tres accueillante. Le seul point négatif qui n'en est pas vraiment un, c'est que j'ai trouvé l'appartement un peu sombre mais notre semaine n'a pas été totalement ensoleillée... Nous avons passé un séjour au top !!! et la prochaine fois que nous reviendrons sur NiNice, si l'appartement est libre nous le relouerons sans hésitation !!

Nous avons passé dans cet appartement un très bon séjour à Nice. L'accueil de la propriétaire a été excellent et sympatique. cet appartement est bien situé au centre de Nice et à proximité de tout : commerce, vieux-Nice, mer, gare etc. On y est parfaitement au calme car l'appartement ne donne pas sur la rue mais sur un jardin. L'appartement est très bien équipé, et la literie très confortable. Je recommande cette location et j'espère y revenir l'année prochaine.

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement lumineux et magnifiquement agencé. Nous avons aussi profité pleinement du petit jardin fort apprécié. Idéalement placé à 400 m de la mer nous n'avons pas touché notre véhicule de tout notre séjour. Si nous revenons sur Nice nous espérons profité à nouveau de ce logement.

Un joli appartement très bien situé à Nice

La location est très bien situé, en plein centre-ville, près des magasins, près de la mer et de la gare, mais tout de même vraiment calme. C'est idéale pour visiter la ville et pour faire des excursions. Toute location est propre, moderne équipeé et très bien entretenue. Ce qui est très pratique c'est le garage souterrain qui fait partie de l'appartement. Je recommanderais bien cette location à mon meilleur ami.

nous avons passé dans cet appartement un très bon séjour à Nice ; cet appartement est particulièrement bien situé au centre de Nice et à proximité de tout : commerce,vieux-Nice, mer ... De plus, on y est parfaitement au calme car l'appartement ne donne pas sur la rue mais sur un rez-de-jardin. L'appartement est très bien équipé, et la literie très confortable. La mise à disposition d'un parking et de vélos constitue un atout de plus. L'accueil de la propriétaire a été excellent. Nous pouvons sans réserve recommander cette location à ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à Nice.
