Ideally located villa in in the backland of Nice within walking distance of the centre of Saint-Jeannet, for 14 people. The villa offers a wonderful view over Nice, the bay of Antibes, as well as the Baou rock, for which Saint-Jeannet is know for.In the villa you will find a large dining table, and 2 sitting areas, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. There is a desk with a scanner and printer, and of course there is Wifi, and even a Sonos soundsystem.The villa has 6 bedrooms, 5 of them with air conditioner, and each with sea view. 4 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. There are 6 queen beds of 180 x 200 cm, and 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm.  2 bedrooms are on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The 6th bedroom, without airconditioning, but relatively cool, can be reached from the terrace. In the garden you will find a lounge area, several terraces and the Jeu de Boules terrain. There you will find the heated infinity pool of 15 x 5 meters. There is parking space on the grounds for 10 cars.

Cancellation costs are:
If canceled up to the 42th calendar day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: the deposit.
Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
