The apartment itself is more than adequate for the price listed. The building itself is shabby and the courtyard that is shared with 2 restaurants echoes with kitchen clatter until late into the night. It's not really a problem if you close the windows. The apartment is well-equipped, but unfortunately the bed and pillows (flat as a board) are probably the worst I've ever slept on. The location of the property is ideal for those who want to enjoy Nice, the markets etc.

Perfect location to explorer Nice and French Riviera
My wife and I spent two weeks at this property and truly enjoyed our time. I think its a fantastic value for money. The location is perfect if you want to explorer Nice and nearby areas. It's steps from the tram and 5 minutes walk from Nice Ville train station, so it's easy to hop on a train if you want to visit another area around French Riviera. The condo is also close to a lot of retail, restaurants, and coffee shops. The condo itself is recently updated with all the latest appliances and immaculate bathroom and shower. It also has a washing machine. Internet is fast. Furniture is very nice and the bed is comfortable. The owner provided us with the directions from the airport and met us at the property. He showed us all how to get in and out of the building and how to use all the appliances. The kitchen is well stocked with various condiments and cookware. The coffee machine had a few pods to get us started in the mornings. There is a market right outside of the building where you can get freshest produce. Jean really provides the 5 STAR service. The only thing is the unit does not have much of a view, but that's expected if you want to stay in an urban area, it was not an issue for us at all. There are plenty of things to see as soon as you walk out the front door. Another thing to keep in mind it's a third floor and no elevator. I would definitely stay here again. One really gets the feel of staying local and experiencing a life of a regular person living in Nice.

Well designed apartment in perfect location
The apartment was lovely, well equipped, and newly renovated. No elevator or air conditioning might be an issue for some, but in March, air was not needed. Everything was provided and we were graciously welcomed by Annie, Jean-Michel's wife.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung in Nizza
Die Wohnung im Hinterhaus 2.OG ist verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig gelegen (1Tramstation vom Hauptbahnhof am ehemaligen Gare du Sud). Markt vor der Tür, Bäcker und Supermärkte um die Ecke Eine Seite liegt zum Innenhof, wohin auch die Küchen zweier Restaurants zeigen. Lüften war manchmal schwierig. Ausstattung für drei Personen top.

Äußerst freundicher Empfang durch Abholung bei Straßenbahn. Nette Wohnung, alles verfügbar. Bett für mich leider zu weich. Nachteil: keine kostenlose Garge, das nahe Parkhaus sehr teuer. Vorteil: Markt vor der Haustür, gute Boulangerie am nächsten Eck.

L'appartement correspondait tout à fait à nos besoins et était situé dans un quartier de la ville qui n'était pas si touristique. Il y avait une vie de quartier dont un marché en plein air à tous les matins à 2 pas de chez nous. Le tram passe au coin de la rue et la gare est à environ 10 min de marche. Le seul point négatif que je peux trouver, c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'air climatisé. C'était compensé par 2 gros ventilateurs. Je louerai cet endroit à nouveau.
