"Our family suite was very comfortable, large and luxurious, built in the new wing of the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Especially Jim, at the front desk gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants all of which turned out to be great. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake, just minutes away from the heart of the old quarter. Highly recommended!!!"

"The location is superb - right in the middle of the old quarter with all its charm. Walk to everything. Rooftop bar and pool was superb offering amazing skyline views. "Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience. "
