Attractive vacation home just 100 m from the beautiful, child-friendly beach of Balka, near the charming village of Snogebæk.

Welcome to this beautiful cottage called "Sletten", which catches your eye directly with its beautiful blue color. The house also impresses from the inside. It has its own TV lounge, which is perfect for relaxing with a movie night after a nice day at the beach or an active sightseeing trip on the island. In addition, it has a spacious and bright dining room in open connection with the kitchen, so you can keep each other company here.

The house has two terraces with inviting lounge furniture and a barbecue. On the grounds there is plenty of room to play and romp for the little vacation guests. From the house you have a view of the sea, a private path leads you directly down to the beach, so you don't have far to go to the next beach walk.

You live in a beautiful and popular area on one of the best beaches on the island and one of the coziest towns with good restaurants and fine stores. If you go south along the coast you will come to Dueodde with its famous beach and lighthouse, and if you go north you will come to Nexø with its beautiful church.
