This was my second stay at this hotel within the last several months and each time my room was not ready. The first visit…my room was not ready until 4:30pm. The second visit which took place on last Friday - 6/14 my room was not ready until 5:40pm. They need to do better. And the compliance certificate for the elevator was expired. It expired on 5/31/24.

I like dining area but the breakfast sucked and their elevator is unique... haha. Their "pool" area was extremely humid and uncomfortable. The room was really nice and the bathroom was beautiful.

The stay was great, room was nice, hotel was busy but quiet. Most of the staff were awesome. My problem is that we had a couple of my daughters friend as guests for her birthday sleepover and someone at the front desk took a picture of one of them on their personal device and told her that she “has her picture and will be watching her” which was very inappropriate, not to mention unprofessional and rude to take a picture of a MINOR and even make the assumption that because she’s a teenager she needed to be “watched”. I don’t like that at all. Especially because I as the adult was already asked multiple times to read the “No Party/Smoking” sign and had already explained that we were NOT HAVING A PARTY and my daughter (15) and her friends would not be any form of issue or disruption.
