Impressive executive apartment right in the heart of the Upper East Side. This is a spacious apartment that offers unique features such as a king sized bed, washer dryer, and outdoor yard. This unit has just been fully gut renovated using the finest materials. The windowed kitchen has sleep quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. Off of the kitchen is a spacious outdoor yard. The bathroom has a stunning design including modern tile work, large shower, and floating vanity. There are 2 large closets for storage, as as well as a third closet with a washer dryer inside. The main studio offers a a comfortable living area with an adjacent dining table, and mounted TV.
