Nice little apartment

The apartment was nice, small, 2 beds in the bedroom and a couch in the living room (not sofa bed as listed). There is a bodega next door with a deli counter. Safe neighborhood, locked entry, well lit street, it's a bit of a walk to Times Square. We had a minor snag when we arrived, but the host responded promptly to take care of things. We were happy with this apartment for our girls weekend.

Host is a foreign scammer. Beware

A complete scam from start to finish. I booked one property but host pulled a switcheroo after and placed me at a different one. Once there, could never access it. Key allegedly in lockbox outside but code given never worked, leaving is outside in 18-degree cold. Turned out person I spoke to on platform was never host but person in Pakistan who called themself co-host.While “co-host” promised refund, actual host/owner has refused. Avoid at all costs
