Perfect location, Village charm and quiet comfort. In the center of historic West Village, a spacious three-floor apartment with three bedrooms and a large garden shared with two houses. Enjoy flowering trees in the spring, colorful foliage in the fall, a cozy fireplace in the winter, or dining outdoors in the summer. A stroll away from great restaurants, quality museums, fabulous shopping and room to spread out for work and family.
The main floor - up five steps from street level - is living and work rooms with a bar, powder room, TV, fireplace, and a small balcony looking onto the garden. The garden is accessible from this floor and the bedroom, one floor below.
The master bedroom has a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen and dining room are in the basement. Also laundry, TV, an extra fridge in the back room, and another powder room.
A short walk to the West Side subways yet a quiet garden sanctuary!
