Great stay

We rented for the month of March to work remotely from RI. The neighborhood is extremely quiet & peaceful. I loved being able to walk to the beach, the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. We went JBs fish camp multiple times. It’s a great place for casual dinner, live music and watching the sunset. We also rented kayaks there a couple times. Saw lots of dolphins and a couple manatee

Wonderful Month at SEAbattacal!

My wife and I really enjoyed our month at SEAbatical! New Smyrna Beach is such an awesome town with the best (in our opinion) beach in FL. Check-in was easy and we found the place very clean, organized, and well equipped. The fenced, landscaped backyard was awesome for us and our dog, Shadow! The neighborhood was quiet, seemed very safe, and we got to know the nice neighbors across the street.The outdoor shower was a nice touch and we enjoyed use of the beach chairs. The internet/Wifi service was fast and reliable. The king bed was very comfortable and we loved the mattress! The property manager, Bonnie, was responsive to our questions and even stopped by to check on us once. We felt in good hands!We are hoping to book again for next year for sure!
