Inside, this ground floor, 2 bed, 2 bath condo welcomes you with comfortable furnishings. The bedrooms provide a cozy retreat after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Great location on the no drive beach.

Please Note: The community will be undergoing scheduled maintenance in the coming weeks:

Painting Project Notification

Beginning May 5, 2025, exterior painting will commence on stacks 1–7. As part of this project, balcony access will be required, and maintenance personnel may need to briefly enter your unit to complete the work.

Please be aware that during this time, a plastic protective coating will be placed over windows and sliding doors to prevent any paint-related damage. Additionally, you may notice painters and equipment around the property throughout the duration of the project.

Great property, easy access to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. Watching the sunrise with coffee on the balcony was a great way to start the day.
