Walk or bike to only 6 blocks to the charming Canal Street downtown with shops, dining, art galleries, music and nightlife. Only 3 blocks from the beautiful intercoastal waterway with a lovely walking and bicycle path. Across the bridge less than 2 miles are amazing white sand beaches, beach front tiki bars with live music, shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Conveniently located less than an hour from Orlando, airports, Kennedy Space center, Port Canaveral cruise port, and historic St. Augustine. Daytona speedway and beaches are 15 minutes away. Great offshore and inshore fishing; several boat ramps within 1-2 miles. Recreational activities include pickleball, tennis, kayaking, boating, fishing, paddleboarding, biking, surfing, and golfing, just to name a few!

Property managers Jean and Dale were wonderful. They were just just as helpful and friendly as can be. Even drove me to the ER late at night in a storm. I will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

Loved our 2 month stay here...perfect for 2!! Daily walks to the river, close to canal street shopping/Restaurant area, 5 min to the beach, lots of area parks to explore & walk, short walk to a grocer..what more can one want. Jeani & Dale were wonderful hosts & we were disappointed re having to cut our stay here shorter than intended. Area is quiet residential and safe...Hospital just a block away. Unit very clean...private entrance with private small patio to enjoy your morning coffee etc...Washer & dryer available in outside access. Loved our stay & would certainly return !!! Thanx folks for everything!!!

Great place fo couples in New Smyrna Beach

Central location able to get to the beach and other towns close by without a lot of traffic. Not much traffic and it is quiet. It was a perfect for us because we don't need an HGTV 5 acre bathroom or kitchen. The owners were great whenever we needed something. We appreciated the easy contact when we did need something. Real nice place.

Great location and cute, cozy accommodations

I stayed at this efficiency apt. for 2 months Feb-March 2019 and had a wonderful snowbird experience. The unit was a perfect home base location for both golf and beach activity and is only a couple of blocks from the intracoastal. There are so many great bars and restaurants in the area I still couldn't get to them all! Met so many great people and lived a very active lifestyle while there. The owners live in the attached house so are attentive/responsive and provided good suggestions for local activities. While the space in the unit is not large, it suited my personal needs very well and I had no issues at all with the facilities....it was just as advertised. I would highly recommend this rental for any individual or couple looking to enjoy the great outdoors in NSB!
