The house is 100% Wheelchair Accessible with a roll in shower, a pool lift and an Elevator to all levels.
The space
The 5 bed 4 bath home sleeps 14 with a king, 3 queens and 2 full bunk beds with a twin trundle along with a convertible twin sleeping chair.

The home has 4 full bathrooms including 1 that is 100% wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower, both a shower bench chair and rolling shower chair, are provided, along with a roll under vanity. Each bathroom also has a grab bar / toilet paper holder and all toilets are of chair / ada height.

There is a beautiful chefs kitchen on the main level that has top of the line appliances along with a pool level indoor kitchenette that has a full size fridge, separate ice maker, microwave and coffee maker.

Enjoy the salt water pool, hot tub, immense outdoor seating along with the retractable awning to ensure you don't get to hot on those Florida sunny days.

2 Stand Up Paddle Boards are available to use, with multiple size life vests available as well. Like to fish, fishing poles are available to use with a variety of fish to catch right from the dock!

For outside cooking, their is an outside kitchen along with a Blackstone Grill and Weber grill on the main level.

The home has a variety of games to play on those rainy days including a large outside jenga set and corn hole.

In addition, their are 6 smart TV's, including outside in the Tiki Hut to watch your favorite shows while still enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine.

Many people are interested in boating. We have found a great place, 7 miles from the house that rents boats, called Seabreezeboatrentals in Port Richey Florida. In addition, bringing your own boat? We also know of locations that rent transient boat slips.
Other things to note

PROPANE - provided, however, should it run out during your stay, please exchange the tanks at your nearest convenient location and we will happily reimburse you.

HEATER - if paying/requesting for the pool be heated, there is a daily / monthly fee. Pls reach out to the property manager for details. Hot tub/Spa is heated at no charge.

Toiletries and basic essentials are provided until your party is able to get to the market.
