He had an issue with his booking price not being accurate (which was not my fault) so he ignored all my messages for the first week after I booked. He delayed my check in time because he didn't' want to rent me the place at the price I booked. I had to call the hotline and stay on hold for over 40 minutes to finally get him to respond and release the access code nearly 2 hours late. I was stranded in New Orleans waiting on him...

Rita is the perfect host, friendly and communicative. The location was about a 15 minute walk from the French Quarter. Map quest will tell you to take Peters Street, don't do it, super sketchy area.
