Loud, dirty, and bad wifi

This property looked nice in theory but our experience was very disappointing. I booked this property in order to work remote, but the Wifi was broken when we arrived. I had to use my phone hotspot and management company was not very communicative. While the wifi improved by the second day after my numerous complaints, there were many other issues with the property that made for an unpleasant stay. - Very dirty floors. We had to wear shoes the whole time.- Shower leaked everywhere. Our bathmats and bath floor were sopping wet. - Street exposure. This seems to be a converted garage and it was very exposed to the street, concerning us for safety and privacy. - Loud noises. The neighborhood has garbage trucks come by at 5am every day, with many people yelling and disrupting the street. This is not good for families or people trying to get a good nights sleep. At various times we felt unsafe, and we were woken up every night by yelling neighbors and loud trucks. - Management was not very easy to communicate with. They were not helpful in solving problems. - Pool was very dirty and did not look like the pictures.
