We ask that you register all of your guests staying at the property. If you would like to bring any other guests onto the property during your stay please reach out to us. We are usually fine with this situation but have a strict no-party policy. Anyone throwing a party will be asked to leave without a refund and with any damages accessed via VRBO.
We are a pet-friendly location. We love 4-legged friends, however we do require a pet fee for our cleaning staff. When you arrive you will find the place spotless and with clean white linens. To make sure that the next guest gets the same experience our cleaning staff usually spends more than twice the time cleaning after we've had a pet stay. This is why we find a pet fee to be an appropriate expense. Speaking of cleaning up after pets. We do not have a dog, and therefore we ask that you pick up any poo in the yard. We know most pet people are good about this, but if we find poo after you leave there will be an extra $100 cleaning fee. We usually find poo in the yard by stepping on it, so we take this infraction very seriously. Please pick up your pet's poo.
We do not ask that you clean the unit before you leave. Leave the trash and the towels on the floor, we will get them for you. You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you do your dishes or load this dishwasher. Dishes are not included in your cleaning fee, and any unclean dishes will incur an extra cleaning fee. This fee can range from 10- 150 depending on what the cleaning crew charges us. The fee will be passed directly to you.
We hate that we have to lay out rules like this, but we've unfortunately spent hours doing dishes and picking poo out of our shoes and we feel that it is better to get the dirty business out of the way before you book.
