Cozy retreat minutes from downtown

If you love historic homes with high ceilings and lots of character then this is the perfect place for you! My home is over 100 years old but was recently renovated in 2020. It has a cozy living room and kitchen which leads down hallway to the laundry center (in closet), full size bathroom and then to the bedroom. There is also a porch in the front of the house shaded by a large tree where you can sit and enjoy talking to neighbors walking by. The owner bedroom has a queen sized bed and a large closet for storage. The futon sofa in the living room folds down to a twin size bed if needed for guests. Quick drive to the interstate, garden district or downtown .
