Patty was a great host, not only providing us a clean place to stay but also helped us find some gluten free restaurants for my daughter!"

"Nice little cabin that’s close to town. The only thing is that it’s within 500 ft of multiple other cabins so there’s no privacy. “Private beach” means beach you have to wonder around to find. There’s no water view from this cabin, or anywhere to sit outside and even have a little fire. The walk up to cabin is steep, so just be aware! They’re no railing, it’s just rocks and tree roots, so sort of unstable. The cabin itself is nice. It’s your typical Maine cabin. There’s a tv with spectrum cable...

"If you want QUIET, this is the perfect place. All we could hear was the sounds of the ocean. Loved waking up to the sound of boats and sea life. At high tide the deck is actually OVER the water. You seriously can’t get closer to the ocean than this. AND- they don’t cheap out on the toilet paper! 😜"

"It is a cute cabin but needs some serious maintenance. The entry slope would be improved by stepping stones along the very appropriate gravel path. It is a steep path and the stones can be slippery and awkward. The inside front door would benefit from a "wipe-your-feet" mat. The microwave, dishwasher and stove are nicely upgraded although we only used the microwave as we were just 2 and mostly ate out. There are 2 good heaters, one up and one down but they do not have fans so they do not heat...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time here in New Harbor. The quiet and solitude of that area was great, and early morning runs to Pemaquid Beach and down to the lighthouse - wonderful! Also close enough to Damariscotta and other towns was perfect. Thank you! The house itself- quiet, very clean, with everything we wanted."

"Great views. House pretty clean & supplies were fine except only 3 coffee cups for 6 adults. VACasa said they would get more cups. They failed, never received. Some lights didn't work & lots of dead bugs in light fixtures."
