"This property had an amazing very central location, the property was very clean and once we got our check-in information it was very easy (though it did not come in advance of us arriving for check-in which was a bit stressful). The beds were very comfortable and the home very private! We had all the space we could ever need and were well set for nice bedding and towels! We loved our stay and would stay again!"

"Host communication was excellent. It was in a safe neighborhood. Access into room was as described. However this had a real feel of a basement. Noise upstairs was minimal but we were there late each night and left early every morning. It was clean but just know this is a basement of a house. Access was down some concrete square stones. Couch area very small. Nice sized fridge. Beds were comfortable for me but my daughter said they were too hard."

"I would stay again. We had a busy itinerary but the place would have been great to hang out in. The host was kind..I am not great with electronics but assisted me to check in with ease and was always concerned about our stay."

"Initially we were having an issue because we didn’t know there would be people staying in the basement. The people in the basement were extremely disruptive. There was a strange smell coming from under the sink and one of the smoke detectors wasn’t secured to the ceiling. They sent someone out to fix this one but we were out at the time. There is only Netflix on the tv that we could find and the sofa bed actually did not have a mattress on it- this issue we didn’t discover until our last day...

"My children and I had a wonderful two-night stay. We were highly impressed by how clean the apartment was. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, although it would be advisable to bring a larger knife for cutting watermelon, as well as your own sugar and seasonings if you plan on cooking. After our three-day event at the Kitchener Museum Auditorium, it was a pleasure to unwind and enjoy some Netflix. The neighbourhood was peaceful, and the tenant above us was considerate and quiet.
