Inside, brick accents and refined furnishings throughout make this home-away-from-home a truly luxurious experience. The well-equipped, full kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and accommodating cabinets - it's exactly what the chef of the group will need to surprise everyone with mouth-watering meals and tasty snacks. However, you can step it up a notch and host a BBQ using the private gas grill outside. Speaking of outside, the patio area surrounding the sparkling, outdoor pool boasts an outdoor dining area and a couple of beach lounge chairs. Back inside, this family-friendly home also offers a convenient gathering spot in the living area! The more energetic ones will be delighted with the outdoor basketball hoop - you can challenge your friends to a round of hoops and then take a refreshing dip in the pool. Sounds entertaining, right? The location is superb as you'll be located only one mile from Lake Michigan and within the lovely woods of Michiana. Slip into the private pool or just relax indoors - Woodcrest is a terrific getaway for small groups and families!

Please note that the pool is available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The pool will be heated to 80 degrees prior to your arrival. The cost for additional pool heat is $25/night.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
