The river is not fenced, and we have boats and jet skis on the water. Please supervise children and non-swimmers at all times. Life vests are provided for all guests. Owner wont be responsible for any injury and By booking, you agree to these terms.

No parties or large events are allowed. Violations will result in fine and immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. By booking, you agree to these terms.
