"Wir sind mit unserem Hund gereist und wollten den Silvesterböllern entfliehen. Dieses ist uns hier erstmalig gelungen aufgrund der abgelegenen und sehr ruhigen Lage direkt am Wald. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir waren erst etwa skeptisch, da der Kaminofen die einzige Heizquelle (abgesehen vom Badheizkörper) im Haus ist, aber es war trotzdem schön warm."

"Wir haben hier ein tolles Wochenende verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr ungewöhnlich gebaut, hat aber alles was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht richtig warm bekommen, haben wir aber auch wenig genutzt. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr guten Matratzen und die sehr nette Verwalterin. Die Region hat viel zu bieten, wir haben sicherlich noch nicht alles gesehen."

"My grown up son and I wanted to explore the Harz area. This is the ideal place to stay, we didn't want to be tied to a Hotel. Using this Apartment gave us flexibility to come and go. Just a word of Caution the Steps up to it are quite steep. "

"A nice house with enough separate rooms for 20 guests. We could find the key easily and received a warm welcome with a message and bottle of wine. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. There is parking space for 3 cars, but please note that in that case one of the cars partially dismisses the grass play space. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets. Unfortunately we tought we could have a bbq in the garden or sit on the terrace in the evenings based on the advertisment, but once...

"Der Bauwagen unterm Apfelbaum ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die kleine Obstwiese zwischen Bauwagen und Badezimmer ist gepflegt und dennoch naturnah. Für einen Wanderurlaub im Harz top gelegen."

"The house was great; spaceous, very clean, well equipped and only 4 years old. Location was good. No wide view or something, but enough space to eat outside. City center is only a 10 minute walk. Supermarket a 5 minute walk. And you can hear the steamtrain multiple times a day! Great location for day trips by car. The Harz region has a lot to offer. Highly recommended! We had a wonderful holiday. Thanks a lot!"

"Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz für eine Großfamilie. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Attraktivitäten, bei Groß und Klein war für alle etwas dabei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!"
