"They never sent a confirmation email with the code for the mailbox (I was told that was a Hotels.com/Expedia problem as they sent them a useless email to get a hold of me. When we arrived we could not get into the hotel. If not for a very helpful hotel guest who called for us as our US phones could not dial the German phone number on the door. We got a code/then the key and went to our room only to find 1 king bed instead of the 3 twins we booked. They had given us the wrong room. Two of us slept on the floor and also only had 2 towels for the morning. "

"Best vacation ever in this apartment . I stayed there 4 nights and I love it!! It’s very clean and organized apartment,everything you need there. Owners are very kind and very helpful and professional. Located on the city centre close to everything you need! Will come back , definitely recommend 💯 thank you 🙏 "
