"We weren't there long enough to take advantage of some of the amenity 'extras' -- e.g., hot tub. But the room was fine, the view excellent, and the breakfast lovely. Our hostess was very gracious. Unfortunately, we arrived after dark, and the lack of lighting on the address made it a bit difficult to find the place. Lesson: Don't arrive after dark! "

"Took the top 2 story suite. It requires walking up 6 flights of stairs but once there its a fabulous suite loaded with thoughful extra like coffee, cream and toothbrushes! You have view of square below through (small) window and view of city on both ends of suite, one from a small balconey. Includes a full kitchen, large screen Tv in a combo living room/dining room. A very comfortable small condo, one could live here. What a find!! "

"Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Leider haben wir erst abends feststellen müssen, dass Abendessen nur auf vorherige Bestellung gemacht wird. Die Kellnerin spricht nur Tschechisch, hat sich aber per Handy Übersetzer viel Mühe gegeben. Alles in allem völlig in Ordnung für 1-2 Übernachtungen."

"Wir waren mit 6Personen über Silvester in der Wachbergbaude. Es war urgemütlich, wie man es von einer Baude erwartet und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen war lecker und die Preise angemessen. Die Zimmer haben was von DDR-Charme. Aber alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!"

"Had I booked the room we were given, my review would be much more positive. The room was nice, clean, stylishly decorated; the only issue (a slight one) was a kind of weird smell in the bathroom and only a half-roll of the TP. The problem is that we booked, and paid for, a different room - a large one with king-size bed in the main building, not this smaller one with queen only in a separate building (not a long distance away, just a minute of walking) with no receptionist present.
