"My wife and I spent a very pleasant week at Cygnet Cottage, using it as a base to explore the Northumberland Coast and local area.This particular accommodation is ideal for a couple. The living area is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen equipment all worked fine and there was an adequate supply of crockery, cutlery, and tools. The bathroom was small but perfectly usable with a decent, electric, shower. Upstairs was the bedroom with good storage facilities and a comfortable double bed...

"We try and come to Otterburn once a year as we love the area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with tableware amd cutlery. The veds were comfy abd the hot tub was amazing. The only thing that frustrated us was the induction hob, we have never used one before so took a lot of getting used to despite reading the instructions several times.will definitely be returning and will have hopefully mastered the use of an induction hob by then!"

"My friend and I found the cottage very comfortable and well equipped. Quiet location but an easy walk to the centre of Alnwick, the castle and gardens. Lovely fresh bread at the Lidl, a minute's walk away! Only about 10-15 mins from the beautiful Northumbian coastal path and beaches. Would certainly stay here again."

"Great attention to the needs of the guests...spotlessly clean...lots of hot water.....lovely towels and bedding....large garden ...easy parking....very quiet. Rock a very small village. So no pub or shop or bus service so car absolutely essential. Easy roads and well placed to get about. Nice to go to a self catering where all the essentials are provided."
