The Sunset Beach 4 complex is located in the northern, quiet part of Sunny Beach, from where in a few minutes you can walk to the centre of Sunny Beach, where numerous attractions for the whole family await. The wide, sandy beach with fine sand is a fifteen-minute walk away. Sunset Beach complex is an ideal place for families with children, expecting a comfortable holiday without the hustle and bustle typical of popular holiday destinations. A great advantage of the location is the close proximity to the Action Aqua Park - a water park with numerous slides of different heights, swimming pools and other attractions for spending family time together. It takes about half an hour to get to Burgas Airport, which is a huge plus when travelling with children.

Within the complex, guests have at their disposal an outdoor swimming pool open during the summer season and free sun loungers. For the youngest holidaymakers there is a separate area in the pool.

It has a well-appointed kitchenette equipped with fridge, kettle, microwave and all other necessary kitchen items (frying pan, pots, glasses, glasses), dining table and 4 chairs.
