It has air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house (included in the price). At 1.5 km from Burriana Beach, where you will find bars, restaurants, beach bars and water activities. Just 5 minutes from the center of Nerja, which enjoys many services and amenities.

Regular local bus line that connects the area of the complex with the beach and the center, if you do not want to walk or drive. There is a supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the Complex and it is very close to the Sports Stadium and Tennis Club.
