Apartment With Sea View And Shared Pools

The property is set in the tranquil and beautifully maintained tropical gardens on the exclusive urbanisation Oasis de Capistrano, which is built in the traditional white Spanish pueblo style common in the Andalucia region. There are two swimming pools and a splash pool for younger children for use exclusively by residents of Oasis. The apartment is set on one level with open plan living and dining area, the hallway off leads to the bathroom which has a double shower, wc and vanity sink unit there is also a hairdryer provided. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom which has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and a safe. The lounge has a ceiling fan and aircon along with satellite TV and DVD player. The patio doors open out on to a south facing private terrace which has steps leading down to a small private garden.
The property is a 20 minute walk from Burriana beach and a 30 minute walk from the Balcon de Europa. There is a bus that runs every hour in to the town which costs €1 per person.
Please note this apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues due to a number of steps to reach it from the roadway.

Excellent apartment
My wife and I have just returned from a two week stay in this lovely apartment. It really is exactly as described and we couldn't really fault anything. It has everything you need for a comfortable holiday, including a lovely balcony/terrace area. We had hired a car which we found useful, given the hilly terrain of the area. Probably not essential, though. Two good supermarkets are only a 5 minute walk away. Thanks for a lovely holiday, just what we needed!

Well equipped villa peaceful
Enjoyed our recent stay at the villa beautiful pool and gardens and the villa had everything we needed. My wife and I have been visiting Nerja for over 30 years and love the area we are both in our active 60s however we found the 67 steps to the villa a cardiac workout 😒 especially with suitcases. A hire car is highly recommended due the terrain of Oasis, we have used Tivoli car hire Nerja no hassle at all.

A Happy Return

Home from Home
Have stayed in this villa complex many times, and found 14a to be very comfortable, and clean. Had all the comforts of home and a nice sunny terrace. Located in a quieter part of the estate, which was a plus for us. Looking forward to returning in January 2019!

Ideal location for Nerja Town
We stayed at Debbie & Ian's apartment for 4 weeks in January and had the most wonderful time. The apartment itself had everything you needed and was very warm and cosy for the evenings we decided to stay in. The terrace had the sun most of the day, so when we returned on a late afternoon, we could sit out and have a beer whilst playing Querkle. The apartment was about 30 minutes into the town, which was great for us, as we love to walk. Nerja is lovely with all its restaurants, tapas bars and coffee bars, so many to choose from, even in January. We were amazed how many people were about around the Balcon d'Europe, especially at a weekend, a real buzz. The weather, at the beginning of our stay, was quite cool, so we did a lot of walking into the mountains, we even had snow! Walking down from the mountains, we visited Maro, which was a lovely little village and we found a restaurant with very nice cheap food. First weekend, we took ourselves off to Seville for a few days, which was amazing, only 2.5 hours away by car. Definitely a city to visit! On our way back to Nerja, we visited Ronda, again definitely worth a visit. Want to go back and do some walking around that area. We had a day when it rained, so went to a shopping centre in Velez-Malaga, great fun! All in all we had the most fantastic time and would definitely go back to Nerja and Debbie & Ian's apartment. Thank you.

Nice quiet apartment with a great view
We stayed 9 nights in this apartmen located in a very nice residential complex with beautiful gardens and great views of the sea. The apartment offers every thing you need, except that there was a problem with Wifi. We were unable to connect to the Internet at all time. The owners tried to help, but being so far away there was not much they could do. We really enjoyed our stay in Nerja.
