"More like a 4 star hotel. Welcome was nice and initially rooms looked nice. However, shower door kept falling off half way through stay. Had to keep asking for complimentary bottled water - should be enough given everyday. Was told had to ask for it before 5pm otherwise you pay. Wide variety of food at buffet, but got monotonous after a few days - recommend eating at local tavernas. The waitresses were very quick to clear plates to the point they'd remove plates you hadn't finished eating. Hotel was extremely quiet over May half term so not many activities for the kids. The gym facilities were excellent."

"Amazing hotel and staff 5* in a great location and a great village with so many beautiful places to eat etc. The staff were all incredible and could not be any friendlier or do anything more to help you. Room, pool and sunbeds were outstanding. "

"Amazing resort with stunning views, fantastic spa center, great food and vibe overall! The only drawback was that there’s no water station at the spa, so would highly recommend the hotel management to instal one. "
