Come relax in beautiful Navarre, FL! This home has plenty of space to comfortably accommodate 16 people and is located just five minutes from the beautiful emerald green waters and white sand of Navarre Beach. There are miles and miles of beach in Navarre providing the option of mingling on the beach with the crowds of beach-goers, or you may choose a section of the beach where you will feel more like it is just you and the beach. Beaches in Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and Pensacola Beach are also options within 35 minutes of this home.

When walking into this house, adults and kids alike will truly feel home away from home. Enjoy high speed internet, satellite TV in every bedroom, comfortable bedding, and a kitchen equipped with everything you’d expect in your own kitchen.

If you enjoy fishing you’ll love being able to go fishing at the drop of a hat. You can have your fishing line in the water within 10 minutes after making the decision to go. Catch a bunch of fish then come back and cook them on the grill or in the frying pan. It doesn’t get any more fresh than that! There are also plenty of restaurants in and around Navarre if you prefer someone else to do all of the fishing and cooking for you.

This home was perfect for my family vacation. It is very clean, has all of the accommodations needed, and is located an a quiet neighborhood. The beautiful beach is conveniently only a five minute drive away. We had a great and relaxing time, and will definitely choose this home for future vacations.

Excellent Vacation Home

I have given this location and John a 5 Star Rating on everything. Pictures online matched actual house, check-in was extremely easy, John was always available and checked on us throughout the trip. He provided a free pizza one night. We had a great time and a great stay with a great host. I highly recommend this location and this host to anyone looking in the Navarre/Pensacola, FL area.

John is the best host

By far John has been the best host. We travel a lot for business and he was more than happy to accommodate us. He went above and beyond. If we are ever back in the area I will be booking with John again.

Not the best but still a good time

The property was clean had some things that needed fixing the shower in the bedroom didn't have any cold water pressure and the dryer didn't work properly several other things in the home needed attention but we still had a great time there not sure it's worth as much as we paid next year we will look around a bit more

My rental experience

The stay was ok, the grass needed cutting, when it rained the driveway where we parked the cars was a river!! While we was cooking the electricity in the house kept going off!! The dishes was dirty! And we had a house full of FROG!!! We kept trying to get rid of them..we had very few clean towels. We had to buy towels and I wash all the towel that was there and left some of my own towel there too..it wasn't the best rental but we made it work..we all love the beaches we visited three different beaches in that area.. Pure paradise

This place is pure paradise. The house comfortably accommodated my group of 10, and could have accommodated more as there were plenty of beds. I used to live in the area and I took my family for a quick trip to the beach before the school year starts. It was just as beautiful as I remember, and the house is conveniently located just a short drive from the beach. Destin and Pensacola are also close by, but we just stayed in Navarre as it had everything we needed.

Family Vacation

We found the property easily. The neighbors were friendly especially the lady across the street(Michelle) I think that’s her name. The beach was literally down the street . There were plenty of places to eat. The property was big enough for all of us. The one thing I didn’t like was the patio area was left dirty and no extra linens. Other than that it was a great stay. Yes I will stay here again.

Adult slumber party

This house is in the perfect location! Navarre beach is just a short 5 minute drive away. The house was very clean and it is big enough to accommodate 16 people with 2 people sleeping in each of the queen beds and in the king bed. There is a nice backyard that the kids in the group enjoyed on this quick last minutr before school starts trip to the beach. The house and the host were great! Definitely worth a return trip.

Just Right!

John's house was perfect for our beach trip. He was a very kind and accommodating host. He provided plenty of information and recommendations as far as restaurants and things to do. And even provided us with dinner one night! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is very clean. It was plenty large enough for a family of six and also close to the beach which was a huge plus. We hope to be back next year and will definitely stay here again!

Only complaint was the living room and kitchen area stayed warm and we had blinds closed

We had the blinds closed so it won’t shine in and make hotter… the later it got in the day it finally cooled down at night…. A little in comfortable sitting in the living room… the air down stair was very cooling upstairs was very cold

This house worked great for our family of 7. We had plenty of room and the beaches were a short drive...less than 10 minutes away. Perfect location, not too far from Pensacola or Destin. John was great to work with. We would definitely go back!

Clean, comfy and peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautiful and most importantly very clean. I must admit I am a bit of a neat freak so I tend to spot little small things. I am happy to write that this location met my standards. My wife felt comfortable and enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood as we were looking to just get away from our everyday activities. Overall when I am looking for another getaway this location will definitely be on my list!
