"Michele and Ivana made us welcome from the start to the finish. Fantastic place for either a stopover or a weeks vacation. Accommodation excellent, near the airport, near the train station, Michele gives you a guide to whats the best to visit, and best places to eat. Absolutely brilliantl!!!❤️🇮🇹❤️"
"We had a lovely stay at villa Alta. The staff were very welcoming, building was historical but modern. Really loved waking up to the birds chirping. Would highly recommend staying here to get away from the hustle and bustle for an authentic counrty feel. "

TUSCANY - VILLA - MAX PRIVACY - PISCINA CON VISTA PANORAMICA
10/10 Excellent
"Marco’s villa is beyond beautiful! Seeing it in person, it was absolutely stunning. The Mountain Views, the surrounding olive groves, the goats we could hear in the distance, the crow of the rooster; the flowers, lemon trees, and the rosemary that seemed to grow everywhere! There are truly no words to describe how beautiful this place is. The village of Buti is charming and totally off the beaten path. I am so glad we picked Marco’s place to stay at. We used the wood burning pizza oven and it was such a wonderful experience. The pool was amazing. The beds and linens were high quality and comfortable.Hosts were very responsive when we needed something. I would return in a heartbeat. "
PRIVATE POOL - FARMHOUSE FATTORIA LA PIEVE - Villa VIGNA 8 km from Pisa
10/10 Excellent
"We spent a wonderful week at Tomaso's lovely Villa situated on a hillside in an olive grove. The Villa was clean, spacious and had the feel of real Tuscany. We all loved the pool, and the views are amazing. A special treat were the thousands of fireflies lighting up the evening as we played cards on the terrace after dinner. Tomaso is a great Host: Great communication, friendly, helpful, discreet."
"Overall is a nice stay with few points that are lacking that affects the comfort of staying there.
1. Heating is turned off around 11pm thus you will feel cold if you are not asleep by then.
2. Hotwater not consistent, the water might turn cold for a moment when you are showering.
3. Parking is in public carpark outside the compound thus you will need to walk in the cold to the house although there are ample space to park in the compound. They do allow you to drive yr car into the compound for loading and unloading though.
4. There are no communal laundry facilities which is not ideal for long stay.
5. No dishwasher, no kettle and only 1 pot ,1 milk pan and 1 frying pan."
PROMOTION Typical Tuscan dwelling, house with garden among olive trees

""EXCEPTIONAL" is an understatement' Raffaele and Anna are wonderful, peace/quiet/recharge this is the place, our only regret is that we didn't stay longer to enjoy this gem if a property "
Ancient Tuscan style country house with a view of the Pisan Mountains
10/10 Excellent
"The house is very spacious and outside spaces are great; fruit trees, breathtaking views, great walks. All of this for a great deal. Serena, the host has been great throughout the whole process. The restaurants nearby are of high quality, shopping not so close but while on holiday you can organise yourself. A car is necessary for all duties.
The seaside is a good drive away, we stayed in Torre del Lago free beaches and enjoyed it. Close to one hour away. Don’t waste time going towards Pisa for the sea, the beaches aren’t so great there.
Lovely restaurant 2 minutes walk.
Would definitely return. Highly recommended to this in need of space and nature. Only downside there was no washing machine, and the local automatic laundry is expensive (16€ for a small load) and needs a 10 minutes drive to get there.
So if you stay 2 weeks with a family of 6, it could be a bit of an issue."
