"Had stayed before, but due to a blizzard at home we stayed safe. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The refill of the toilet tank was a tad noisy, but short term. Breakfast was very nice. Good to know a clean quiet economical place is close by."

"One major thing if you are staying in one of the airstream campers - there is no plumbing to these campers - no bathrooms or sinks. The description says two bathrooms but its shared community bathrooms on one of the main building. This needs to be clarified better. The bathroom i used was very clean and updated. The camper is awesome but i was not prepared for the no bathroom in the camper. "

"The King Cottage is a great place to stay. Would be better if the fence was fixed to make a private yard where dog could roam. Needs a small table and chairs, though. I recommend getting rid of the recliner and putting in a small table with two chairs."

"The property was recently sold and i feel they were not quite ready for quest .amenities were poor .The room was quiant but there were no hangers or alot of space to put things .This property has great potential. The new owners were working daily on improvements .The closest dining is in salida which is about 15 minutes from the property."

"Our stay was filled with lots of snowy weather. It cleared out a few times and we were able to take in the beautiful views the cabin provided. What a wonderful view! We loved the privacy and how close it was to the hot springs!"

"Diane and I highly recommend this property. From the owners, Brent & Diana to the beautiful location nestled between 2 mountain ranges to the abundance of wildlife to the comfortable cabin. We travel Wyoming, Montana & Idaho several times a year but this trip was our favorite. Surrounded by beautiful mountains no matter where you travel around the area. Wildlife!!!
