Great property and area onsite parking

This place was in a great, safe area accessible to everywhere by quick uber ride. Clean, spacious. Property manager quick response even at night. Chose this property as they have a 2 car driveway and you dont have to park on the street. Perfect. Would book again without hesitation.

Great House!

This house was a great place! Location was super- only 10 minutes from anywhere we went. House had plenty of seating, and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen. We were impressed with “extras” of many of the supplies that they provided. Great place for pets, too. Would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The fenced in yard was great for our dog and the house was comfortable, well stocked, and super close to everything. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Nashville.

Great house and a great location!

We absolutely loved our stay, the house was very comfortable with a nice yard and fire pit, fenced for our dog. Very walkable and we could get to music row with no problem! We had a fantastic spring break/family vacation.

Quite Oasis

Quiet neighbor with a beautiful, relaxing yard! The house was clean and had all amenities . A short, easy 1.5ish mile walk to broadway and close to Vanderbilt and other sites! Overall great place to stay!

Wonderful Home in Quiet Neighborhood

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and beautiful home. Great communication from Annette and the house had everything we needed. The backyard with fire pit is cozy and inviting. House is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking to distance to shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back!
