The Gulch View neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located for visiting the city’s best areas: minutes to the Gulch, downtown / Broadway bars, Vanderbilt & Belmont Universities, Wedgewood Houston, Midtown, Music Row, 12 South, and more. This condo is in the Illume building. It is a modern, handicap accessible, and highly secure condominium with elevators and onsite overnight security.

While one secure parking spot is included in our attached parking garage, you don't need a car for this location. It is in a highly walkable area and there are plenty of Ubers & Lyfts to get you where you need to go.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We do not allow animals to go on the furniture or beds. We have a $75 one time pet fee.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

Great Condo

This condo really exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern, quiet and in a great location. The pool was especially nice as well as the garage parking. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
