The Space:
Home newly updated along with new pics 10/10/22. Brand new modern luxury home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths plus flex room with a queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen, open living space, large full rooftop patio with amazing views of Downtown Nashville. We are a short $5-10 Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, Broadway, Demonbreun St., Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium. We are only 1.5 miles from the new Top Golf

Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!

Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.

The Neighborhood:
Huge Brand new 4 bedroom 4 bath home with flex room including queen bed and 11 beds, with a huge open concept living space! Huge private roof-deck complete with outdoor dining, large lounge area, gorgeous downtown views.

Only a $5-$10 über ride to anywhere you'd want to go downtown Nashville including Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone arena, and Top Golf!
