Beautiful views of the Cumberland River immerse guests in the Nashville experience. Situated above French's Shoes and Boots in the heart of downtown, guests have an exclusive entrance unique only to this condo — mingle with shoppers during the day as you walk through the store to the elevator and up to the units. Just seconds from Broadway and the Nissan Stadium! This exclusive 2nd Avenue condo is located above the famous French’s Shoes and Boots. Guests have access to a shared Pool area table with a 65 inch Smart TV We are very accessible and if not reached right away, we will respond as promptly as possible. The store downstairs is open from 10-6 weekdays and 10-9 weekends and can serve as a great reference point for many basic questions and needs. our neighborhood is the lively 2nd avenue: Restaurants, museums, bars, and shops. Walk out the door and you are in the thick of Nashville. UBER/LYFT Services are very active in the Downtown area as well as tourist golf carts zipping around the streets. Public tour buses frequently drop off/pick up along the street as well. The building has elevator access

Clean, Spacious & Convenient Condo

Great property if you want to be close to Broadway. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Would definitely recommend for family trip. Condo is stocked with all kitchen items you need along with laundry accommodations. Everything was clean and the location can’t be beat. Broadway is literally steps away. It was a great stay. We will definitely be back!!

Canceled reservation

I made this reservation and paid in full in September of 2020. I communicated with either the owner or VRBO three days prior to my arrival about check in procedures and then this reservation was cancelled by the owner after I arrived in Nashville and was in the taxi on the way to the unit. I honestly can’t comment on the cleanliness of the unit. No way possible to leave any kind of positive review.

Incredible stay!

We had the most amazing stay at this property and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Nashville getaway. The place was clean, very easily accessibly and the host was always available if needed. The location and all the amenities were perfect. I will definitely be staying here my next trip to Nashville!

Amazing Condo

This is by far our favorite place to stay in Nashville. The owner actually called me and sent me a video of how to access the property after store hours! Everything about this place and the owner is amazing! It is fully stocked and has everything you could need!!! We will be renting the French’s property every opportunity we get to come to Nashville!!
