Summary:
My place is close to Kroger (grocery store), Glenbrooke shopping center, and you are practically in the center of Hendersonville. You are close to 386 so if you want to get to Nashville you can be there in 25 minutes. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). No Dangerous Dog Breeds are allowed.

Note: Once you confirm your reservation, you will need to complete your guest portal in order to receive your check-in instructions. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information solely intended for additional verification. 3 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $200 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. Normal sleeping capacity is 6 but we allow up to a maximum of 10 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 7th-10th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Three of the bedrooms are in the main part of the house. The fourth bedroom used to be a garage that was converted.

The house is located on a major road. Backing in is not easy...you are suggested to just pull in.

Worse experience of my life
It was in the middle of crack houses there were dead bugs on the beds spiderwebs everywhere the grass was at least a foot tall and only A/C in 2 rooms. And the front steps had dropped down about 3 inches and I fell hitting my head and arms on the brick wall. Hurt my neck back head and arm. I have pictures of all of it we were only there for 6 hours and got the hell out of there before we got shot. Will never use VRBO again

New Years Family Vacation
To All,The stay at our property on Hendersonville had very good accomodations for the entire stay. However, I would like to make the following comments: The major problem was in communication with the property management side of Stevens Realty. For example, I asked them to text me, rather than send emails in one written communication. This was due to the fact I was traveling and did not have access to my computer. Their reply was: "So Noted". However, they sent the communication via email, so I had to call and get the code for entering the property on 12/27/22. This also applied when we were leaving the property on the last day, and they sent some information, which I did not receive until later, since it was not sent via text, per my original request. For various situations, I called the available phone number which was apparently Stevens Realty and not the property management side. They apparently were not aware of my situation and they initially did not know the property being rented. I had to explain the situation each time. The WIFI password was incorrect, as the property had a verizon 5G booster and that had a separate password which no one was originally aware of. The main bedroom had a TV, but no hookups. The living room had a TV with xfinity satellite and that worked fine. However, the bedroom TV had no xfinity box to hookup with the main living room TV. I personally bought a TV antenna to get some reception, which I also left at the house. The knob on the washer was broken in the laundry room. The window blinds on the back sliding doors had approximately 6 blinds missing, so you could not completely close the blinds at night. There was only one light bulb working out of four on the overhead light in the third bedroom. The 4 chairs on the back patio are well worn and one basically had a hole in the middle of the chair, so you could not sit on it. We did not know how to lock the front door when we went some place, as we only had code to unlock the front door. You did have a board on the sliding patio door to lock it, but the sliding door itself did not have a working lock. My wife gave you a 5 rating out of 10. Overall, we all made it work and we thank you.

I have never had a property/manager more responsive than this one. He was very accommodating to all my questions and requests. I had 2 family members in TriStar hospital and that’s why I came from WA state. The house was 5 minutes from the hospital. The house is very old and needs work but the price was way less than a motel room and we had a kitchen and laundry room so the trade off was well worth it. I hope I never have this situation again but if I did, I would def rent this house again.

Renter Beware
This was by far the worst experience I have had with VRBO. I chose this location since it was managed by an actual company, I misjudged how unprofessional companies can be. I will list the issues we had so everyone can assess whether they would rather just stay at a cheap hotel as opposed to this location or any location managed by Stevens Realty LLC. -We received the door code and a link to a google doc the morning of our arrival (I had already noted that we would be getting in late). I didn't have access to the doc so I requested access (and never received access for it) - When we got to the property, the code was incorrect. We arrived with 3 small children during a storm and we weren't able to reach anyone (but left messages) so we had to find other housing for the night. - The next day we were asked if we had a good night at the rental... which we did not sleep in. - We worked with an individual who told us we didn't know how to use the internet because anyone with the link should be able to access the document. We were also told the battery died and later that it was broken and that's why we weren't able to get in. - We were continually told we would be called back within 15 min, only to go several hours before we called back for updates. Which we were then snapped at for asking for an update. - We asked for the link to be sent again, we were then sent a completely different link with a completely different door code (which worked). Then when going to the property, it was clear nothing was changed with the door lock and the door code hadn't been changed in a while (since there were dirty documents in the house with the same code)- basically, we were given incorrect information and lied to about it. - I was called on Monday to see if I was able to get in and if I had any issues (apparently the weekend person doesn't talk to the weekday people). - I had to ask for a refund for the day we were not able to get in and a partial day refund for the day we got in late (after 5)- which I then had to constantly remind the company of a week after getting home. -The property was dirty, with mold, hair, trash, and broken buttons on the washer. The windows are in disrepair and let drafts in. - I have had to ask the company multiple times for documents, was never apologized to and I'm VERY unhappy with how we were treated. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
