"The staff was friendly and patient as we translated between English and Turkish. Rooms were basic and clean w/a perfect little refrigerator that held ice, too. The staff, especially Serhat(?) was very accommodating and helpful. The curtains were not "black- out" as described on Expedia, so the room was always fairly light throughout the night and the parking was not free. Other than that- its an easy walk to the beach and in a great location. "

"The entire Rain Garden team is unbelievably friendly and helpful, the place super clean and comfortable and the beach only 2 min away. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is directly at the beach front and has great food and milkshakes. We felt so warmly welcomed and so safe and so relaxed and great at Rain Garden. "Nice place to stay for a short time vacation. Beautiful view from balconies, close to the beach, restaurants and stores, clean and spacious. "

"A brand new hotel with lovely outside pool. Could be outstanding if a few issues were addressed. Only a very thin blanket was provided for bed cover. Not warm enough. Breakfast was poor. No cereal, toast, fruit juice or coffee that you expect everywhere. The airconditioning could not cope with heat coming in the window so room.was uncomfortably warm."

"My stay was not so good due to two reasons. First, although I reserved a family suite ( which according to description takes 5 persons ), I failed to add my two kids as extra guests. I told the lady in the reception that I was ready to pay for extra guests, but the hotel insisted that I should book a separate room for them. Second, the air conditioning unit was not working properly, and it was until midnight that the hotel moved us to other rooms. And instead of upgrading our rooms, they moved us to smaller rooms."
