Central location 5 minutes walk from Narbonne train station 10 to 15 minutes from downtown 15 km from the beach 80 km from Spain.

The apartment has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, classic oven, induction hob, etc.
140 cm 4K LED TV and WIFI internet

A large outdoor terrace allows you to eat outside in good weather and use an outdoor SPA for up to 4 people
SPA available from JUNE to SEPTEMBER
 A gas barbecue is available for grilling all year round.

Free parking space in front of the house or garage with remote control depending on availability.

Washing machine and dryer in the garage available.


Nice fully renovated Loft all equipements air con micro wave hoven dishwasher we also have WIFI and a 140 cm led TV,

The appartement is suitble up to 4 persons this is a one volume loft no separated room in this one we have a different appartement model downstair with a separated room
The bed s a 140 cm from IKEA as is the convertible sofa

Outside there is a nice terace with a SPA FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER
An outdoor table and chairs sun bathes
A gaz Barbecue for nice evenings
Washing machine and drier in the garage downstair at your disposal!
