"This condo is immaculate and very well kept. The view from the balcony of Lake Arenal is very nice. This is definitely on the quieter side of the lake so if you are looking for nice and relaxing, this is a great fit. Our only issue at all was the wind as the condos are set so high. Again, makes for a beautiful view though."

"Beautiful location and very eco friendly. Exceptional hot springs connected with hotel that can be used by guests as well as on site hot springs. Lovely view of the volcano, amazing in room hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing place and wonderful service! Easy to drive to, a bit of a rocky road but was NOT an issue to get up there. Definitely need a 4x4 SUV so the drive is safe. "

"Nepenthe is a gem. You need to grab this stay for as long as it stays a gem, the owners are getting older and are actively trying to sell. Make this trip, you will not regret it. Stay for the week, there is plenty to do around Arenal, do not spend hours driving that you could spend listening to the howler monkeys, watching the toucans every morning, or enjoying the oropendola living their day. "
