THE DISTINCTION is a unique brand new built 2022 fine-tuned million dollar luxury vacation rental in the heart of Naples Park located perfectly close to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park.

This contemporary brand new 3 bedroom plus den and 3 bathroom home boasts over 2,000 sq. ft. of living area. In addition to the outdoor built-in kitchen, heated pool, outdoor shower and brand new landscaping, the interior is tastefully decorated with a new modern touch, quartz kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances, LED TV and designer furniture throughout. The Master bedroom features a King Bed with separate door directly to the pool and it’s own Master suite bathroom. The other Guest Rooms have a Queen bed and a Twin and Full bed with their own guest bathroom. Great stay!
We loved the property. Very clean and updated amenities. The only thing I will mention is, if you have small children who will be swimming, bring swim shoes. The inside of the pool is like a pumice stone and with little kids dragging their feet they had scrapes on their toes. Great location to Mercato and the beach!

We had a wonderful stay. The house and pool was very nice. North Naples was a great location and everything was at your fingertips. (Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, beach) We would definitely recommend this house and location.

What a great place to stay. The house was perfect for our family. And the location couldn’t have been any better, in the center of all the great things to do in Naples. THE BEST VRBO EVER!
